These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lumenriver.com and related pages, including how you book a consultation and how you receive text messages from Lumen River. They are a binding agreement between you and Lumen River (“Lumen River,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree, do not use the site or opt in to SMS.
Paid appointment-setting work is covered by a separate written client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that work.
1. Who we are
Lumen River is a DBA of Future Return Holdings, a California corporation. Customer-facing brand, website, and SMS identify as Lumen River. We book qualified sales calls for established businesses on a pay-per-show basis.

2. The website
The site is informational. Nothing on it is a guarantee of a specific result for your business except where a signed client agreement says otherwise. We may change, pause, or remove pages at any time.
You may use the site only for lawful business purposes. Do not scrape, attack, or interfere with it, or attempt to access systems or data that are not yours.
3. Consultations
Booking a consultation through our Calendly page is a request to talk. It does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either of us to enter a paid engagement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for showing up, rescheduling, or canceling through the links in your confirmation email.
4. SMS program terms
This section is the mobile terms of service for the Lumen River SMS program. It is publicly available with no login required.

Lumen River Alerts
Program description
Lumen River Alerts sends automated consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and related follow-up texts about a call you booked with Lumen River. These are customer-care and notification messages, not advertising blasts, age-gated content, or lending messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by optionally providing your mobile number on our booking page at https://www.lumenriver.com/book-call/ and checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not required to book a consultation. Phone number is optional. Checking the box is your agreement to receive texts from Lumen River at the number you provided, including messages sent with automated technology.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2 to 4 messages per booked consultation (for example a confirmation, a reminder, and a same-day note). We do not send a high-volume recurring marketing program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to us. After you send STOP, we will send one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in the same way you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Supported opt-out keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported U.S. carriers include the major wireless providers; availability can change.
Privacy
Mobile information is used only to deliver this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. 5. Intellectual property
The site, logo, copy, videos, and other content are owned by Lumen River or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission, except for reasonable personal use of publicly posted pages.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or SMS program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or delivered on a specific timeline by a carrier.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen River will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or the SMS program. Our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms is limited to one hundred dollars ($100), except that this cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Lumen River and our officers, directors, and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate or unlawful.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not subject to a signed client agreement is the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and the current version will always be posted at lumenriver.com/terms. Continued use of the site or the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
